Purpose and FeaturesThe MP-100 cartoning machine is capable of reliably loading various materials such as granules, powders, and packaged items into specifically sized cartons, sealing them, and delivering the finished product. It is suitable for packaging a wide range of products, including food, chemicals, pet food, and agricultural goods. The machine offers versatility, allowing for periodic changes in packaging products based on user requirements. With short mold production cycles and easy assembly and debugging, it is ideal for both large-scale single-variety production and small-batch multi-variety production. The machine features: Electronically adjustable packaging speed; Adjustable packaging dimensions; Automatic adjustment of packaging weight or volume; Dedicated dust removal pipes, vibration mechanisms, and special designs for specific packaging materials; Electronically controlled glue-spraying system; Reliable fault protection system. Use of Packaging MaterialsThe quality of the cartons directly affects the final packaging quality. Therefore, the machine has high requirements for carton quality. Typically, cartons are made of 400g/m²–550g/m² imported whiteboard paper, with a thickness of 0.65–0.75mm. Additionally, specific manufacturing processes are required for the cartons.
